Andrea is a transformative leader known for building iconic brands and driving high-impact results. In 2022, she was appointed Global CEO of GUT, and within a year, the agency was named Independent Network of the Year at Cannes Lions. In 2024, GUT was recognised by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies in marketing and advertising.
Originally from Venezuela, Andrea spent much of her career in New York, USA. From 2011 to 2013, she served as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico, doubling the agency’s business and earning numerous international awards. In 2016, she became CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, successfully diversifying the client base and revitalising the agency’s creative reputation. In 2021, she took on the role of CEO at DDB Chicago, achieving 35% growth and securing multiple awards.
Andrea has built diverse, high-performing teams that deliver creative solutions for complex business challenges, earning over 250 awards from top festivals, including Cannes Lions, Effies, D&AD, and Clios. She has also served on prestigious juries, including Cannes Lions and the Effie Grand Jury.
