Carole Diarra is a strategic global executive with 20 years of experience leading brand, marketing and business transformation in Fortune 500 companies and private businesses. She is currently the Vice President of Global Marketing for the UGG brand, where she leads the brand communications, collaborations, social/PR, marketing, and creative departments. Carole previously served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Arbonne International, a social selling company where she led the R&D and marketing teams and drove exceptional growth in the nutrition wellness category. Prior to Arbonne, Carole spent 15 years at L’Oreal SA, where she held various positions in brand management, marketing, P&L, and innovation. She started her career at Accenture and was recognized for leading the Department of Housing’s eGovernment strategy.
