Courtney Glaze is Vice President of Revenue Operations at New York Times Advertising, where she oversees the teams responsible for powering The New York Times’s growing advertising business.

Courtney has dedicated her career to operationalizing revenue and driving business growth for today’s leading news organization. Before joining The Times, Courtney spent seven plus years at Vox Media, where she was most recently Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations. At Vox Media, Courtney played a critical role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy and execution across advertising, commerce and consumer products. Prior to that, Courtney spent nearly four years at NewsCorp’s Dow Jones, where held a number of leadership positions.

Courtney received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
