David Gomes is a software engineer and Lead Engineer at Neon, now on his second journey with a database startup. He’s passionate about developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and AI. At his core, David thrives on frequent shipping cycles and deeply values conversations with customers to guide product improvements. He also enjoys mentoring and takes pride in contributing to team growth. Outside of work, David is an avid runner and race participant.
