Jenny Cheng

Jenny is the Vice President and General Manager of Merchant Shopping, Google. She leads the product and engineering teams who help businesses start and grow with Google.Most recently, Jenny led Google Wallet, overseeing its expansion to more than 90 markets. Before joining Google, Jenny led multiple leadership teams at PayPal focused on the Merchant business, including Product Development, Solution Engineering, and Technical Customer Support. Prior to PayPal, Jenny was the Chief Product Officer at InsideView (now Demandbase), where she started the platform business leveraging machine learning and early LLM models. She also spent 10 years at Salesforce defining software-as-a-service as an early product and technology VP.Jenny lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys traveling, good food, and outdoor activities with her family and dog. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and holds board roles on both private and not-for-profit companies.
