​Richa Singh is the Director and Head of Data and AI at Lexington Partners, where she leads initiatives to integrate advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence into the firm's operations.  Prior to joining Lexington in 2024, Richa was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, overseeing the AI Center of Excellence for Investment Banking.  She earned her Master's degree in Operations Research, specializing in Machine Learning, from Columbia University.  With over 15 years of experience, Richa's expertise spans data engineering, data science, and the development of generative AI applications.  She is also an advocate for diversity in technology, actively supporting initiatives for women in engineering. ​
