Tina Müller has served as CEO of Weleda AG, the global leader in natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicines, since October 2023. She successfully achieved the turnaround at Weleda and has significantly modernised the company and the brand since then. She is also a Board member of Puig, the Spanish perfume and cosmetics company with brands like Jean Paul Gaultier, Charlotte Tilbury, and Byredo. Previously, she led the DOUGLAS Group, a European beauty platform, from 2017 to 2022, where she successfully implemented the #FORWARDBEAUTY strategy through modernisation and tripled the eCommerce revenue.
After studying business administration and economics, Tina Müller began her career in the beauty industry at L’Oréal in 1993. She later influenced the international development of brands like Schwarzkopf and successfully launched the Syoss brand at Henkel. With 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, she is a thought leader and a LinkedIn Top Voice with a quarter of a million followers.
