Tom started his career in Engineering construction and strategy working for companies including Lendlease, MacMahon, and Abi Group. In 2014 he joined Flora & Fauna and his retail career was born. For the past 11 years he's worked alongside Julie in Flora & Fauna and Snuggle Hunny leading the operations and finance functions, operating as COO.
